Uttapam
A savory pancake topped
with chopped bell peppers, onions and cilantro.
Serve with your choice of chutney.
Ingredients
• Leftover Dosa batter
• 1/4 cup, each, chopped bell peppers, onions and cilantro leaves
Heat a non-stick skillet
on medium heat.
Pour a ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet. (If you have a large skillet
you can make more than one at a time).
Add a generous helping
of the mixed peppers.
Cook for about 2 minutes.
Flip over and cook for another 4 -5 minutes.
Serve hot.
